Out with the new, in with the old

Shoes & Leggings & Bralett: Topshop
Bag: Primark
Necklace: Ebay
Rings: A shop in Rye, a present & a set of midi rings from Urban Outfitters

Hey Guys! So I know it seems like post after post after post, but I just can't stop! I love putting outfits together, and showing you guys (I doubt anyone is looking….I'll just do it anyway) I wanted to put a darker 'look' together as I wear black pretty much 24/7. I have had these leather look leggings for ages and ages, and I am still addicted to them! I have worn these items in my 'Cold Cold Cold' post aswell. I teamed it with my Mummy's vintage leather jacket which I have 10000% borrowed from her permanently. The bag - I thought was a total find, I bought it originally in dark blue but the strap broke (as I was walking to uni….. incredibly embarrassing) so I went back to Primark to exchange it, and they only had black, so I went with it… and I love it. And for someone who carries basically the contents of my bedroom in my bag (NOT joking) its perfect for me and goes with everything.

Kesh X

Hey Guys!

So I briefly showed you the labels for this outfit that I bought about a week ago, so today I thought I would have some funky snaps taken and show you what it looks like!! My lovely friend Tiger from http://fashionrushhh.blogspot.co.uk took some snaps, and this is what we came out with ! I absolutely adore this outfit and think it is such a go-to outfit, it is simple yet loud, all at the same time. You can even wear just the leggings with a different crop top and crop top with different bottoms. American Apparel have lots of different prints for the legging and crop combo' but this has to be my personal fave. It is pretty pricey but I thought it was 1000000% worth it as you could easily wear it to death.

Wearing my MAC Cyber lippy, Topshop shoes, and Kesh X (Limited Edition)

As you can see I have dyed my hair dark red!! I love it, I originally dyed my hair this colour in year 11 when Cheryl Cole did it (I LOVE HER) but then went blonde, brown, blonde and brown etc…. (could go on for ages about hair colours…) but yes I wanted a change and am really happy with it. Its more of a Mahogany red than a red red. Its Casting Creme Gloss - 550 if any of you wanted to know.
I am really enjoying blogging again, its really inspired me, and made me realise how much I really do love clothes!!

Tartan Tuesday (on a Sunday)

Hey Guys!

So you probably know by now how much I love tartan, yum.
Here are a few examples of how I would wear it, trousers and a skirt.

\

Outfit 1: Tartan trousers, Topshop Bralett

Outfit 2: Shoes & Top Urban Outfitters, Skirt Topshop, Coat Dirty Harry, Scrunchie American Apparel.

Hello everyone, so I decided to dye my hair, its been the same style for around a year now. I wanted to have a dramatic change, but still keep it dark, so I chose Mahogany 550 - Casting Creme Gloss (Loreal). I wanted to show how I would typically wear tartan, so here we are. Let me know what you think!

'You know how picky I am about my shoes, and they only go on my feet'

Hey Guys!

So I did some shopping yesterday and bought a few things, thought I would show you. I bought my first EVER EVER mac lipstick! Its gorgeous 'Stain Lipstick - Cyber' its a grungy purple colour. I also bought my second 'Studio Care Blend / Pressed Power - Medium'.. As it really works well with my 'Match Master' foundation in 4.0.

I also bought a new faux coat… I saw it walking down the street in Brighton (my home town) and I shouted 'I need that coat'… it's gorgeous and the man in the shop (Dirty Harry) sold it to me for five pounds off.. £25. I already have millions of faux coats, but I have wanted a dark coloured one for AGES and AGES.

It was hard to take pictures of it in my uni halls, because of the bad lighting in here, I would say it was a dark dark brown with a hint of green in some lights.

I also bought some cute little scrunchies, and a little nail varnish 'Nail Laquer - Echo Park'

As you know from my 'Yo, what I want what I really really want' post, I did buy the Kesh X American Apparel outfit, I will do a post all about it soon, here is another sneak peak!

Motel Rocks, Rocks my world

Okay, so basically I am obsessed obsessed obsessed with Motel Rocks... I am on the website pretty much all day every day. I seem to end up with a basket full, but no funds to pay.. so it ends up just sitting there. I managed to narrow the search down to six items. I love the simplicity of the leather dress, you can dress it up or down, and for a girl like me who isn't too keen on the 'girly, sparkly, big heel, big hair' look, it is perfect for me. And as for the tartan I am addicted to it so its pretty self explanatory.. I am also in love with anything metallic, and so when I saw this crop top/ skirt combination I just thought to myself I needed them both together! These Jeffery Campbell's are similar to the 'Slingin Boot' I talked about in my 'Lust Lust Lusting After' post, I like these because they are black, and the detail on them is subtle yet effective. The turtle neck is gorgeous and sweet, it reminds me of candy floss! You could easily girlify it or grungify (doubt they are even words) it (depending on your preference)…. And as for the fluffy black coat! Its to die for, I am so in love I could probably marry it, I am pretty sure we are already engaged.

Sorry about the order  I have talked about them in! It's from bottom to top.
Hope you have enjoyed !

Yo, I'll tell you what I want, what I really, really want

Hey Guys!

So there are a few of things I am going crazy over at the moment. You know when you feel like if you don't get that certain thing that life is just not going to be the same? Well I get that feeling 24/7, BUT when I saw this Kesh X American Apparel outfit I was just like OHHHH MYYYY GOOOOODDDD… I saw it on my friend Chrissy's wall, on a poster.. and thought oooooo I want that, AND my friend Tigerlilly bought it and so finally…. I gave in.

I will put a proper post up soon of me wearing it! But for now, here is this little picture for you guys, think the Baseball Cap gives the look an extra edge ;)

Despite the pricey price tag, I think this outfit is well worth the money! And if you have a student card you can get 10% off!!

Speak soon, love Grace xx

Eat, Sleep, Grunge, REPEAT.

Shoes, Jeans (Topshop)
Top (Mink Pink) Fishnet (Urban Outfitters)
Long velvet cardi (My Mum's)

Even without the long card, I think this outfit has a strong feel to it, a soft grungy look!

Hey Guys!

So I was a little bit naughty and bought a couple of new items, I just couldn't resist! I have been wanting a fishnet style top for sooooo long, and as soon as I saw this particular one on Urban Outfitters I knew I had to have it!! I also bought a Mink Pink velvet wine coloured crop top, which goes perfectly with my high waisted jeans and underneath my fishnet top. Teamed with a bold necklace which I bought a few months back on ebay. I thought my Topshop black boots would go with these outfits as they have a grungy feel to them. I decided to add my mums floor length green velvet long cardi, (not sure what the actual name for it is).
I had a really good weekend, my friend Tigerlily came to London and we went out with one of our favourite DJ's (Bondax) and subsequently went to there gig with Flume the next night!! Was really amazing, still feel on cloud nine!! In one week, I hand in all of my projects at uni and have six weeks off over christmas, which means I will be blogging as much as I can!!

Brick Lane

Hey Guys,

I went to Brick Lane, and the more I go the further in love I become.
Here are a few snaps that I took for some inspiration!!
A lot of the vintage shops that I saw, reminded me of Fresh Prince of Bel Air, the classic relaxed 90's vibe.

I only ended up buying my fringed suede red jacket ( see in my 'Cant Live Without' ) post!
Will be posting more outfits soon!
